In March 2021, Silver Investment Partners acquired a majority shareholding in Crystal Laser Systems GmbH (CryLaS), a global leader in specialized lasers.
CryLaS is a leading supplier of deep UV lasers. The company’s roots go back to 2004. Since then, it has entered several market niches. CryLaS manufactures efficient lasers for continuous operation for various high-tech industries, mainly the semiconductor industry, biotechnology and analytics. Applications include wafer inspection, engraving and separating molecules.
We are supporting CryLaS as a long-term entrepreneurial partner in the expansion of its strong market position. The focus is on intensive market cultivation, new development partnerships with customers and an extension of marketing and sales activities. Scaling up production volumes and the development of new products and services will enable the company to tap further growth opportunities.
