IT and Process Consulting Group

The IT and Process Consulting Group is the “umbrella” for leading IT and process consultancies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It was founded in April 2023 by Silver Investment Partners.

The group companies support international corporations and upper mid-market companies in their digital transformation. The consultants occupy key positions at the interface between business and IT departments, corporate management, and IT implementation partners, where they act as guides and facilitators and, using process reference models developed in-house, as accelerators.

The group’s product offering includes in particular Process Optimization, Agilization & Digitalization, Project & Program Management, Master Data Management & Governance, Intelligent Asset Management, Change Management, IT Service Management, IT Governance and IT Security.

We are building on the strong market positions of each individual group company and help them to further expand their product offering. In particular, add-on acquisitions are also planned. By merging with other successful and “agile” IT and process consultancies, we want to create substantial added value for all group companies in a consolidating market.

Following the establishment of the group in April 2023 and the acquisition of the platform company, the first add-on acquisition was already made in May 2023.
